A Change of Pace

I’m in Hampi India at the moment… and sometime here yesterday I decided that I needed a haircut (the last one I had was the first week of January in Goa). I had already trimmed off my stubbly beard the day before in Mysore, so that action just led me down the path of further action. Now, Hampi is a tiny village, and I had some trouble tracking down a barber with electric clippers, but I managed to find one. His shop had just been demolished by the government (part of some town clearing the government of India is doing around here), so he walked his kit and myself over to the public toilet as they had the nearest available electrical outlet, and… voila… haircut.

Streamlined. Now I just have to watch the sunburns on the top of my head…

  1. I loved your curly hair. However, this will be easier to handle. You do need a hat for the head.
